Dried Mushrooms -

Costco carries Dried Mushrooms ($4.99 as of 1/20/06).  They come in a large bag, similar to potatoe chip bag.  Different taste when eaten right out of the bag !  Much, much better for you than potatoe chips, cheesos, party mix, etc.  You can also use in your scrambled egg omelet and other mushroom recipes.  You could never buy this many fresh mushrooms for this price !!!!

South Beach Diet Bars -

The "Chocolate Crisp" & "Cinnamon Creme" are both excellent in taste.  To get your diet off to a good start try the "Cinnamon Creme" bar (suggestion: cut bar into small portions)  with water in the morning.  It's like eating a cinnamon roll !  Then, at lunch have the "Chocolate Crisp" with a Propel drink (Kiwi-Strawberry makes for a good combo).  I found these bars on sale 2/$1.00......wish I had bought more than I did !  These bars contain 210-220 Cals....but the Carb count is only 3 !!! ke
